1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via Japebo.ie, operated by Ib Trading ApS. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Contract Formation

All product listings on Japebo.ie serve as a non-binding invitation to order. A contract is only formed when we confirm your order via email or dispatch the goods.

In some cases, we assist customers in placing orders. If needed, customers can contact us at info@japebo.ie. We will create an order and send a payment link for authorization before processing.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Euro (€) and include applicable Irish VAT (23%).

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal & PayPal Express
• Klarna (Invoice, Pay Later, Pay in Instalments)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

Orders via Klarna are processed after shipment. For bank transfers, shipping occurs once payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to Ireland and the following countries: Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, rest of the EU, and Switzerland.

Delivery Times:

Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days in Ireland and the EU.

Shipping Methods:

• An Post – Standard Delivery: Reliable and affordable, direct to your mailbox.
• DHL Express: Next-day delivery with tracking.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns & Refunds)

You have the right to return your order within 90 days from the date you received it, without providing any reason.

6. Warranty & Liability

Products are covered by a 2-year warranty under Irish consumer law. In case of defects, you may request:

• Replacement or repair.
• A refund if repair/replacement is not possible.

If returning a product under warranty, we cover shipping costs if a defect is confirmed. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return costs.

We are liable for damages only in cases of gross negligence or intent

7. Dispute Resolution

The EU provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Irish law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are an EU consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country still apply.

9. Retention of Title

All goods remain our property until full payment is received.

10. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining terms remain unaffected.
