Signia ThinTube 3.0 Power for compatible Signia hearing aids

Signia ThinTube 3.0 Power connects a compatible Signia behind-the-ear hearing aid to the eartip, sleeve or earmould in the ear. It forms part of Signia’s EarWear 3.0 system and is designed to provide a secure, comfortable and discreet fit.

The Power version has a diameter of 1.4 mm and is intended for hearing aid fittings that require more amplification. By comparison, the standard ThinTube 3.0 has a diameter of 0.9 mm and is primarily intended for mild to moderate hearing loss.

ThinTube 3.0 Power is available in five lengths from 0 to 4. Choosing the correct length helps the tube follow the shape of the ear closely without pulling on the earpiece or sitting too loosely behind the ear.

Designed for a discreet and secure fit

Signia redesigned the EarWear 3.0 system to sit closer to the ear. The shape of the tube and connector helps keep the acoustic coupling securely positioned in the ear canal, while the compact connector system makes the fitting less noticeable when worn.

Signia states that the EarWear 3.0 connector system is 25% smaller than the previous design.

Compatible earpieces

Signia ThinTube 3.0 Power is part of the EarWear 3.0 system and can be used with compatible Signia 3.0 earpieces, depending on your hearing aid fitting.

The correct earpiece type and size should match the fitting selected for your hearing aids. Changing to a more open or closed earpiece can affect both sound and amplification.

Compatibility

Signia ThinTube 3.0 Power is compatible with selected Signia Motion BTE hearing aids that use the EarWear 3.0 ThinTube system, including:

• Signia Motion Charge&Go X
• Signia Motion Charge&Go P X

Newer Signia Motion Charge&Go M IX and P IX hearing aids also use the ThinTube 3.0 system. However, the Power version should only be selected when the hearing aid has been fitted for the 1.4 mm PowerTube.

If you are replacing an existing tube, the safest choice is to select the same length and tube type as the one currently fitted to your hearing aid.

When should ThinTube 3.0 be replaced?

Thin tubes can gradually become discoloured, stiff or blocked by moisture and residue. Replace the tube if it becomes damaged, blocked or no longer fits securely.

Regular replacement helps maintain a clear sound path between the hearing aid and the ear.
