Experience clear sound and performance with Widex wax guards for your hearing aid
Welcome to our Widex wax guard category page! Here, you’ll find a variety of high-quality wax guards designed specifically for Widex hearing aids. These wax guards play a crucial role in ensuring optimal sound quality and maintaining the performance of your hearing aid.
A clogged wax guard can lead to distorted sound, making conversations more challenging and reducing the effectiveness of your hearing aid. By regularly replacing the wax guard, you can remove clogging particles and preserve the sound in its optimal quality.
Our Widex wax guards offer numerous benefits:
- Sound quality: They ensure the sound quality in your hearing aid, allowing you to enjoy clear and natural sound.
- Moisture and dirt resistance: These wax guards are designed to reject moisture and dirt, protecting your hearing aid from potential damage.
- Longevity: By using wax guards and replacing them regularly, you can extend the lifespan of your hearing aid, reducing the need for repairs or replacements.
- Prevention of repairs: The wax guards act as a barrier, preventing foreign particles and moisture from reaching sensitive components, thus reducing the likelihood of repairs.
Choose the right Widex wax guards for your hearing aid
We offer Widex NanoCare Wax guards, which are an enhanced version of the well-known CeruStop wax filter. These Waxguards are compatible with all Widex hearing aids using the Cerustop filter system.
Additionally, we carry Widex CeruStop XL Waxguards, which are specifically designed for Widex Fusion and Super SP and HP receivers with hard custom shells. Please note that the CeruStop XL Waxguards are not to be confused with the standard CeruStop or NanoCare CeruStop Waxguards used in some Widex hearing aids.
N.B. When ordering the CeruStop XL Waxguards, please exercise caution as we have had instances where customers mistakenly ordered them instead of the standard CeruStop or NanoCare CeruStop Waxguards.
For your convenience, each package contains 8 Waxguards and a replacement tool, making it easy to replace them when needed.
Remember, it is recommended to replace the Waxguard approximately once a month to ensure optimal protection for your hearing aid and maintain its performance.
Enhance your hearing experience: refresh your eartips during wax guard replacement
When you’re already exchanging the wax guards, we highly recommend considering a simultaneous replacement of your eartips. Since you need to remove the eartip during the process anyway, why not take this opportunity to refresh it?
By replacing your eartips alongside the wax guards, you ensure that your hearing remains in perfect shape. This simple step helps you achieve a comfortable fit, maintain hygiene, and prevent potential sound quality issues. Plus, it reduces the frequency of shipments, ensuring you have a sufficient stock of eartips to keep your hearing aids in top condition.
